Welcome
Hello and welcome to our website. Our site is new, so you will continue to see changes to the content in the coming months. We welcome you to continue to check our site for new updates about our organization and the cause we are supporting.
First off, let us introduce ourselves. We are Team Poland. We are a nonprofit, fund raising group that is heading to an orphanage in Zmiaca, Poland in July for a little over three weeks. Here we will be running a summer camp, staying and working directly with the children. On a daily basis we take care of the children, teach English, and help run other day to day activites and events.
Our service trip is taken through the Campus Ministry of Canisius College here in Buffalo, New York. It is a highly-engaging and intense experience that offers extreme benefits to everyone involved. Unfortunately, our school can only cover so much of the cost.
We are requesting your help to assist our fundraising so as to make the financial burden on us as minimal as possible. Your donations will go towards one of two things: First, toward the minimal expenses necessary to send our team to Poland; Second, as a nonprofit organization, any funds leftover will be donated directly to our orphange.
